I have had people call me to complain about using the above photo. Too bad! My mom died only two weeks after her 54th birthday and I feel that had she not smoked she would not have died from cancer. Yes, I am trying to shock you into grabbing hold of your life to save it!
Probably the single most important thing you can do for yourself is to stop smoking. You'll instantly improve your health, you'll save alot of money, and you'll look and feel better. How many weekends have you promised yourself that come Monday morning you're giving up smoking, only to start white knuckling it and going back to smoking by Wednesday (if you even last that long)? You know that it is very tough to quit with willpower. Somedays it's strong, most days it's weak. Patches and nicotine gum simply deliver nicotine to your body but don't break the actual smoking habit. Chantix and other medications can have side effects and cause you to feel ill.
The good news is that the smoking program that you have developed in your subconscious mind (your organic computer) is easily accessed and changed by hypnosis. It is important to determine just what personal needs are satisfied by smoking. Some smokers seek to fill a need to nurture themselves, lessen loneliness or get a "pickup" at the start of or during the day. Others feel smoking will relieve stress or provide moments of relaxation. We delete the programming that causes you to smoke and give you suggestions for the positive change of being a non-smoker. My program is designed to eliminate the desire for the cigarette. Instead of giving up something that a person enjoys which is a sacrifice, the goal is to be rid of something that isn't wanted - a much more agreeable position psychologically.
When I first opened my hypnosis in 1993, doing smoking cessation was a big priority for me. My mom smoked until she had a heart attack at age 48 and as I already noted, she died two weeks past her 54th birthday from cancer. When I was a child she would send me to the store to buy her cigarettes for her. In those days even children could buy them. When the price per pack went up to 25 cents she thought that was way too expensive and promised to quit. Little did she know exactly how expensive that smoking habit would turn out to be. Every time I help someone become a non-smoker, I feel like I'm evening up the score with the selfish tobacco companies.
Smoking Cessation was how I built my reputation in 1993 when I first opened my office in the greater Ft. Lauderdale area. Among my first clients were members of the yachting industry who wanted to stop smoking. Very quickly I was helping most of the people in the boating community and then word spread from there. If someone stopped smoking with hypnosis in a private session in Ft. Lauderdale back in the 90's, it was probably with me. I tell you this not to brag, but so you will understand that I am an expert at helping you use the power of your own mind to eliminate the smoking habit.
If you want to quit smoking without weight gain or irritability, give me a call. It would be my sincere pleasure to get you away from the grasp of the selfish tobacco company people. Love yourself enough to do it now. This is my 24th year helping people to quit. You have nothing to lose but a filthy habit that can kill you. Help is just a phone call away. 772 770-MIND (6463).
This is a totally comprehensive program that includes dealing with all of your feelings - good, bad, and otherwise about smoking. The reason people stop smoking and go back to it is that they feel like they are missing something like a friend or they use it to handle stress. Powering through trying to change the habit usually works only temporarily because willpower itself is temporary.
What you must bring to the table is the interest in stopping smoking, I will take it from there. Don't you owe it to yourself to have lungs filled with fresh clean air rather than burning them up with dirty smoke?

"Linda, thank you for getting me to stop smoking. I have been doing well and all is wonderful since our session. I had only a few manageable urges which I was able to handle so the hypnosis worked out great for me. Thanks a million." Peg Wilson
"I finally feel good about me. I truly thought that I would be chained to chewing tobacco forever since I started using way back when I was 12. I don't miss it at all and my wife is thrilled. Thank you Linda." Steve (last name withheld)
"The phone sessions have done the trick. I finally kicked my- oops I mean the smoking habit. (You told me not to claim it.) There is no one here in my area who does your kind of work, so I was glad to find you online. I never would have thought that a 30+ years habit could be killed over the phone. I don't miss it at all. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you." Marty Garcia, Canada
"As I shared with you Linda, I smoked at least 2 packs of cigarettes a day since I was in my early teens. I started way back then because all my friends smoked and we thought it looked "cool". Little did I know that when I finally wanted to be without the habit I couldn't just quit. I am an accomplished person who has been able to do anything in my life I put my focus on, including pulling myself out of poverty to become a successful business woman, raise 4 boys, enjoy a good marriage, put myself through college, but no matter what I tried to give up smoking, I just couldn't stick with it. I did hypnosis before both privately and in a group, the patch, the gum, even a prescription from my doctor. None of it worked and after being through your process, I understand why. You approached my "addiction" to cigarettes in a completely different manner and it worked. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart and my boys thank you too. You have helped me stack the odds in my favor of being around to watch my grandchildren grow up." Sarah (last name withheld)
"Linda, thank you for getting our father to stop smoking. He told us that he intended to be tough customer for you because he really didn't want to quit but didn't want to shorten his days either after his emphysema diagnosis. We thought he would be ill tempered after giving up a habit that has been with him since he was 11 years old, but his attitude has actually improved. I don't know how you did it, but I do know that there must be a special place waiting in heaven for you. God bless you for the work that you do. With much appreciation, from the Blodgett family."
