Self Esteem

We have learned that we become what we think about - that our thoughts create our reality.  If you frequently think that you are "less than," not as good as other people, shy and intimidated, that is surely how you will act. What interests me is to investigate during hypnotherapy where you accepted those negative messages about yourself.  What happened to you in your life that caused those powerful restricting thoughts to dominate?  You must not underestimate the effect of your childhood on your present status.

Despite what the commercials on television for the cotton council say, cotton is not the fabric of our lives.  The threads leading from the present back to your experiences is the fabric of your life.  You've created a belief system that now determines your present experiences.  The good news is that you can cut the threads to the past and weave new fabric. That does not mean that you'll forget your defining moments, it just means that you'll release the negative charges attached to them that keep you from attaining your true potential.

It is so rewarding for me to observe the transformations in my self esteem clients.  Within several weeks it is common for huge changes to take place.  As you begin to change internally, your life starts to reflect that.  You are ruthless in acknowledging your shortcomings.  Let me help you step into your magnificence instead.  Besides helping you develop rock hard self esteem, my clients report that the impact, side benefits, and results of our sessions are you:

  1. Fall in love with yourself

  2. Fall in love with your life
